We can’t deny the thrill that comes with being surprised with a bouquet of flowers, but when it comes to floral arrangements, could less blooms actually mean more impact? We challenged Manila’s top florists to create minimalist, Ikebana-inspired designs, and boy, were we in for a delightful surprise! From dahlias sitting prettily on curly willow branches and phalaenopsis surrounded by succulents, vines and twigs to a gorgeous strand of Bells of Ireland leaning precariously against a circular frame, these artisans have really captured the ephemeral beauty of flowers.
